Project Description

The project of 3 modern villas, designed by architect Zdeněk Fránek, architect of the year 2020, is proof that the entire construction process in Croatia takes much less time than in the Czech Republic. In September, the investor bought the land, construction of the project began in the spring of the following year, and the building will be approved the next year. All this even with a few months of downtime when construction work is prohibited in Croatia.
