Each house contains four luxurious 2-bedroom apartments with living room and kitchenette with sea views – two on the ground floor with a private garden of 50 m² surrounded by greenery, and two on the first floor with a spacious balcony. The area also includes ample parking spaces for a carefree stay.

The apartments are located near the ancient town of Nin, situated on a peninsula about 16 km from Zadar. The history of the town dates back to the Roman Empire. In the Middle Ages, Nin became the oldest royal town in Croatia. Queen's Beach is named after the first of the queens. It is part of an 8 km long stretch of golden coastline that invites a variety of activities.
