The area also includes ample parking spaces for a carefree stay.

The apartments are located near the ancient town of Nin, situated on a peninsula about 16 km from Zadar. The history of the town dates back to the Roman Empire. In the Middle Ages, Nin became the oldest royal town in Croatia. Queen's Beach is named after the first of the queens. It is part of an 8 km long stretch of golden coastline that invites a variety of activities.

The Second Phase (Under Construction)

The second phase of construction began on June 1, 2025, with planned completion in December 2026. From June 15 to September 15, work is temporarily halted as construction is not permitted in Croatia during the summer season.
